    Courier / Special Packing / Delivery Time and Charges.


    • Free shipping is available on orders of C$100.00 or more shipped to any single address within the GTA only.

    • Orders outside GTA, we ship via UPS.

    • For all international orders, call us to discuss first and then place order.
     


    Delivery Time
    • Most orders shipped within 1 to 3 business days depending on demand and availability.   Please review the product availability listed for a more accurate estimate.
    • Once the order ships, please allow average transit days
      • Priority 4 - 8 working days,
      • Standard 8 -14 working days
      • No Saturday, Sunday and holidays service available.
     
    Oversize Package Cost
    • If is package / parcel is over 50 lbs and length + grith is over 60, we will contact you to pay the extra cost.

    Order Tracking
    • You can contact us for the label # (or Order# and Shipping Postal Code / ZIP) to check the progress of your package, and you will hear from us soon.
     
    Note:
    • Pre-paid Orders to a Postal Office Box address will be send via normal ground postal address, may take lot more days.
    • Pre-paid Orders placed by Postal Office Box are excluded from free shipping.
    • If Package / Parcel is more than 2 lbs, residentail or office complete address needed, postal office box is not accepted.
Taxes-n-Duties

  • On Canadian orders Canadian Taxes are charged on invoice total amount.

  • All international sales taxes and duties (if any) is customer responsibility.

  • On international orders consider the custom duties, taxes, courier charges, and any other duties of the shipping address (destination) country.
