This tool is designed to make disinfecting the internal surface of the tooth easier by smoothing the bone and narrow canals inside.

A bone file is a surgical instrument used to remove tiny spicules of bone in narrow, exposed areas in the oral cavity. It is rounded in shape, easily navigates between soft tissues, and only removes bone that needs to be scraped off.
