How to use

• Scrape gently from back toward front, use in morning and evening.

• Wash and disinfect with hot water before use.

• To avoid gag reflex, keep exhale while scraping. When first used, start scraping from the middle of the tongue to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by scraping too deep. You can gradually scrape deeper inside as you get used to it.
