Frequently utilized in orthopedic surgeries. Its primary function is to effectively scrape and eliminate unwanted fibrous tissue and debris from bones. It can also be used to delicately scrape away small portions of the bone itself, thanks to its unique small, oval spoon design. Additionally, the sharp edges of the spoon allow for precise carving of other tough structures.
