Williams Periodontal Pocket CP-C Probe, with Marking  

• Used to evaluate the health of the periodontal tissues.
• A periodontal probe has a blunt, rod-shaped working-end that may be circular or rectangular in cross section and is calibrated with mm markings.
• Williams Probe has thin, round working-end. mm grooves at 1,2,3,7,8,9, and 10 mm (markings at 4, 5, and 6 mm are missing for some reason).

Note: Different probes, such as Michigan, Williams, Marquis, Goldman-Fox, and Nabers probes, have different dimensions and different diameter at the tip.
